How do I book a class?
To book a class, visit book.kyma28.com. From there, you can browse available classes and reserve your spot in a few clicks.
How much does a class cost?
The cost of a class depends on the number of credits you purchase at once. Full pricing details are available at book.kyma28.com.
How long are the classes?
Each class runs for 45 minutes.
What should I wear?
Wear workout clothes — avoid loose fabric that can get caught in the reformer — and bring a towel. A water fountain is available at the studio.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before the beginning of the class.
Is parking available?
Yes — there is free on-site parking.
Is reformer pilates safe if I have an injury?
Reformer pilates is low-impact and fully adjustable, making it a great option for injury recovery. That said, please consult your doctor before starting, and let Maria know about any conditions so your session can be tailored safely.
Do you offer classes for pregnant women?
Classes for pregnant women aren't currently offered. We recommend waiting until you've received clearance from your doctor postpartum before joining.
